Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. What we provide

The Service may include, in whole or in part:

• Digital products — downloadable code, templates, and PDF guides.
• Seller tools — utilities for online sellers, including calculators and estimators.
• Credits — a prepaid balance consumed when you run certain metered tools.
• Subscriptions — recurring plans that include a periodic allocation of credits and features.

3. Digital products and licence

Unless stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use it in your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files themselves. Downloads may be watermarked to your account; redistributing them may result in suspension of your account.

4. Tools, estimates, and independence

Our tools provide estimates and utilities based on publicly available information, configurable reference data, and the information you supply. Outputs — including shipping-rate estimates, profit calculations, and category suggestions — are indicative and provided for guidance only. They are not guarantees, and you are responsible for verifying figures with the relevant marketplace or carrier before relying on them.

Source Code Stack is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Meesho or any marketplace referenced in the Service. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance used to run certain metered tools. They are purchased in advance, do not expire, and hold no cash value outside the Service. Credits are non-transferable and, except as set out in our Refund Policy, non-refundable once purchased.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period through our payment processor until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access to your plan until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already charged for a current or past period are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Payments, pricing, and taxes

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in Indian Rupees (INR); your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or other charges. Prices and applicable taxes may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.

8. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for delivered digital products, purchased credits, or elapsed subscription periods, except in the limited payment-error circumstances described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• access the Service by automated means or attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or metering;
• resell or redistribute purchased files, credits, or access;
• upload unlawful content or infringe the rights of others; or
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and its software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence expressly granted for purchased products, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that tool outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect on posting, and your continued use of the Service afterwards constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

The Service is offered internationally. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence. Before commencing any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith.
