Realm — virtual land terms & refunds

1. What the Realm is

The Realm is a fictional 3D world. Buying "land" is a novelty digital purchase: we record your chosen plot against your account and issue a decorative deed showing its details. It is a collectible and a bit of fun — nothing more.

2. No real-world property rights

Realm land is not real estate and does not exist in the physical world. Your purchase gives you no ownership, title, tenancy, or any legal or registrable interest in any real land or property anywhere. The deed is a commemorative record, not a legal title document, and is not registered with any authority.

3. Not an investment

You are buying for enjoyment, not profit. Realm land is not a financial product or investment. We make no promise that it holds or increases in value. We set prices ourselves and they can rise or fall with demand. There is no guaranteed value, no buy-back, no dividend or yield, and (at launch) no resale or secondary market. Please do not buy expecting any financial return.

4. Pricing and payment

Land is priced per square foot at the region's current rate, which rises as a region fills up. You pay in Blue Coins, our platform currency. The exact size, price, and Blue Coin cost are shown before you confirm. Once you confirm, the coins are spent and the land and deed are issued to you immediately.

5. Your land profile and public content

You may optionally add details to your owner profile (name, an image, links, and so on). Anything you add is public and shown to other visitors. You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, impersonating, or offensive, and you confirm you have the right to use what you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the Service. We may review, moderate, or remove profiles at our discretion.

6. Refunds

Realm land is a virtual item delivered to you instantly, so purchases are generally final and non-refundable. The main exception:

• Failed assignment. If a technical error means the land you selected could not actually be issued to you (for example, part of it was claimed at the same moment), we automatically refund the Blue Coins for that purchase.

Blue Coins themselves are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence — if those apply, they prevail.

7. Availability and changes

Regions, sizes, pricing, and the Realm feature itself may change, and we may add, pause, or discontinue regions or the whole feature. We will act reasonably and will not remove land already issued to you except where required by law or these terms (for example, content removed for a policy breach). Deeds already issued remain a record of your purchase.
