A Meesho order export is a wall of rows. The Order Manager turns it into an at-a-glance summary — how many orders, what they are worth, and how they break down by status — in one upload, for free.

What it does

Upload your Meesho order CSV and it returns:

  • Total orders — the number of rows in the export.
  • Order value — the sum of the amount column, when one is present.
  • Breakdown by status — a count of orders in each status (delivered, RTO, cancelled, and so on).
  • Columns detected — so you can see exactly what it read.

Why it helps

The numbers that matter for a healthy store — fulfilment rate, cancellations, returns — are all sitting in the export, but scrolling rows hides them. A quick summary tells you at a glance whether something has shifted: a spike in RTO, a jump in cancellations, or a week that is quietly down on value. It is the fastest way to take the pulse of your orders without building a spreadsheet.

How it works

The tool parses the CSV defensively — it correctly handles quoted fields and commas inside values, so descriptions or addresses don’t break the columns. It then auto-detects the relevant columns by their headings:

  • a status column (any heading containing “status” or “reason”);
  • an amount column (any heading containing “amount”, “price”, or “total”).

It counts rows per status and sums the amount column where present. If your export uses unusual headings, the summary simply reflects what it could detect.

How to use it

  1. Export your orders from the Meesho seller panel as a CSV.
  2. Open the Order Manager.
  3. Upload the CSV (up to 5 MB).
  4. Read the totals, order value, and status breakdown instantly.

Getting clean results

  • Upload the raw export without renaming or reordering columns, so auto-detection finds the status and amount fields.
  • If the value looks off, check that your export includes an amount/price/total column — some views omit it.
  • Re-run it weekly and watch the trend; the direction matters more than any single number.

Access

  • Free — no Blue Coins used.
  • File type: CSV. Max size: 5 MB.
  • Your file is used only to build the summary and is not stored.

Note: Source Code Stack is an independent toolkit and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meesho. Column detection depends on your export’s headings.
