How the Meesho label cropper works: upload your label PDF and it keeps just the shipping label on each page, dropping the tax invoice below — ready to print.

Meesho label PDFs usually pack the shipping label on top and the tax invoice below on the same page. Printing them as-is wastes paper, adds a manual cut, and slows down dispatch. The Label Cropper trims every page to just the shipping label, so a stack of orders becomes a clean, print-ready file.

What it does

Upload your label PDF and the cropper keeps the top portion of each page — the shipping label — and drops the rest. You get back a new PDF with the same number of pages, each cropped to the label, ready to print on thermal or A4.

Why it helps

At any real volume, manual cropping or scissor-cutting is the bottleneck in dispatch. Automating it:

  • saves paper and time — no half-blank sheets, no cutting;
  • keeps labels consistent — every page trimmed the same way;
  • scales — a 100-order file is processed in one step.

How it works

The tool reads your PDF and, for each page, sets the visible crop to the top fraction you choose, measured from the top of the page down. Everything below that line (typically the tax invoice) falls outside the crop and does not print. The page count and label content are unchanged — only the visible area is trimmed.

The keep-top ratio is clamped to a safe range of 20%–95%, with 50% (the top half) as the default, which matches the common Meesho label-over-invoice layout.

How to use it

  1. Open the Label Cropper.
  2. Upload your label PDF (up to 15 MB).
  3. Adjust how much of the top to keep if your layout differs from the default half.
  4. Process the file (this uses 1 Blue Coin on success).
  5. Download the cropped PDF and print.

Choosing the keep-top amount

  • If your labels sit in the top half, the default 50% is correct.
  • If the label is taller (leaves a strip of invoice at the bottom of the crop), reduce the percentage.
  • If the label is being clipped at the bottom, increase the percentage.
  • Do a one-page test print before running a large batch with a new layout.

Limits & access

  • File type: PDF. Max size: 15 MB.
  • Cost: 1 Blue Coin per file, charged only when the cropped PDF is produced.
  • The uploaded file is used only to produce your cropped PDF and is not stored.

Frequently asked questions

How many Blue Coins does cropping cost?
One Blue Coin per file processed, charged only when the cropped PDF is produced successfully.
What file can I upload?
A PDF label file, up to 15 MB. The tool keeps the top portion of every page.
Can I control how much is kept?
Yes. A “keep top” control sets how much of each page to retain, from 20% up to 95%. The default keeps the top half.
Does it change the label content?
No. It only crops the visible area of each page; the shipping label itself is untouched. The invoice portion is simply outside the new crop.
